Manage depot operations, staff and resources to meet contract KPIs and financial targets. Ensure health, safety, environmental and licence compliance, drive continuous improvement, report contract performance, and develop operational teams in a multi-shift, unionised environment.

Provide reactive customer support for corporate and domestic clients: set up contracts, raise purchase orders, handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, manage escalations and accounts, and work scheduled rotating shifts with weekend and bank-holiday cover.

Quote and win reactive services work, generate new business, manage larger projects end-to-end, liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, resolve supplier escalations, and maintain supplier relationships to meet divisional revenue targets.

Build stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with procurement processes and systems.

Build dashboards and modelling tools to convert complex people, reward, and payroll data into actionable insights. Improve Dayforce reporting, ensure data quality and governance, partner with People, Reward, Finance and leaders to inform pay reviews, budgeting, workforce planning and strategic reward initiatives.

Provide administrative support at the Rother depot including communications, reception, data entry, payroll and holiday data input (Dayforce), scheduling, minute-taking, stock ordering via D365, and liaison with suppliers to keep depot operations compliant and efficient.

Support depot operations alongside the Depot Manager to deliver safe, efficient, compliant day-to-day activities. Lead and develop dispatcher and operational teams, manage driver supervision, vehicle availability and KPIs, resolve routing and service issues, support mobilisation and seasonal planning, control costs, maintain H&S compliance, and deputise for the Depot Manager as required.

Lead and develop a transport team to optimise routes, reduce costs, ensure vehicle and driver compliance, monitor container quality, operate LGV vehicles, manage subcontractors, and drive continuous process improvements.

Own and execute the Dynamics 365 F&O product vision and roadmap across Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Lead cross-functional discovery, prioritisation, delivery, governance, vendor relationships and adoption to deliver measurable commercial value.
