Serve as contract business analyst and performance assurance lead: ensure data integrity, maintain reporting frameworks, produce dashboards and MI, monitor KPIs/SLAs, support compliance, audits and continuous improvement across contract operations.

Provide day-to-day depot administration including handling enquiries, maintaining PPE and payroll records, entering vehicle weight data, managing timesheets, stock and petty cash, processing recruitment paperwork, and escalating operational issues to the Contract Supervisor to ensure smooth depot operations.

Lead and deliver business transformation by running impact workshops, stakeholder engagement, change networks, readiness assessments, training and communications, RAID management, and supporting BAU adoption and hypercare.

Lead definition and delivery of data migration strategy and standards across the business. Manage extraction, transformation and load activities, data profiling, cleansing, mapping and reconciliation (notably for D365 ERP). Oversee migration teams/third parties, partner with finance for validation, and support M&A due diligence on legacy data.

Serve as primary finance contact for site operations and commercial teams, owning month-end, variance analysis, budgeting, reforecasting and 5-year planning. Provide financial guidance on initiatives, drive process improvements, oversee balance sheet reconciliations and audit support, present results to senior stakeholders, and manage a Financial Analyst.

Lead requirements discovery and definition, document Features and User Stories in Azure DevOps, plan and deliver BA activities across projects, engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, support feasibility and business cases, drive process analysis and improvement, coordinate UAT, manage backlogs and contribute to BA standards.

Lead procurement for large CAPEX projects from design to handover. Develop and execute CAPEX category strategies, manage complex tenders and contract negotiations (construction/engineering), partner with project managers and engineers to manage risk, cost and timelines, and embed procurement best practice across the organisation.

Support supervisors and operations manager with workforce and resource planning, ensure contract/KPI compliance, improve vehicle and crew efficiency, enforce safety and PPE, assist safety/compliance investigations, and perform additional duties as required.
