Manage and grow multi-site waste disposal and resource management contracts, ensuring compliance, safety, P&L performance, and continuous improvement. Act as primary client contact, drive commercial growth and upsells, produce monthly reports, deliver waste minimisation programs, and support emergency response and specialist services.

Own new business growth across waste and resource management: generate and qualify leads, manage full sales lifecycle, prepare tenders and proposals, build client relationships, hit sales targets, maintain CRM and forecasts, and hand over contracts to operations.

Provide day-to-day depot administration: handle enquiries, maintain PPE and payroll records, input vehicle waste weights, manage timesheets, stock and petty cash, support recruitment and reporting, and escalate operational issues.

Sell and win new business across an assigned territory for SME customers. Build and manage a pipeline, meet monthly targets, prospect door-to-door, negotiate pricing, report activity, and coordinate with regional managers to drive revenue growth.

Lead engineering and maintenance at a manufacturing site, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations. Develop maintenance strategies, manage budgets, contractors, work planning and asset lifecycle, deliver capital projects, and coach the engineering team to drive continuous improvement and reliability.

Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting packs, CAPEX forecasting, budgets and five-year plans. Reconcile balance sheets, support year-end audit, manage customer invoicing, and deliver financial analysis to support commercial decision-making across divisional business units.

Lead contract data integrity, performance reporting and compliance. Produce dashboards and MI, monitor KPIs/SLAs, perform audits, support continuous improvement and coordinate external accreditations.
