Develop, baseline, and maintain CPM schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project) for assigned EPC projects; resource-load schedules and aggregate portfolio demand; perform updates, variance analyses, look-aheads, and TIAs; support earned value integration and PMO capacity planning; mentor Project Controllers and contribute to scheduling standards and file management.

Lead design and delivery of outdoor high-voltage substation engineering packages (25kV–240kV), perform studies (grounding, insulation coordination, AC/DC loads), prepare specifications and bills of materials, review vendor documentation, support construction/commissioning, interface across disciplines, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining engineering standards.

Perform power system studies (load flow, short circuit, protection coordination, arc flash, motor starting, insulation coordination, transformer energization, grounding, and renewable interconnection). Prepare technical reports and calculations, support seniors, attend client meetings, assist project scope/budget, and coordinate site data collection.

Design and configure SCADA systems for substations (data concentrators, RTUs, HMIs, switches), ensure compliance with client standards, and support on-site commissioning and testing.

Provide HR administrative support including employee record maintenance, filing, processing terminations and employment letters, responding to HR inquiries, assisting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating interviews and job fairs, supporting HR program implementation, administering HR documentation, and collaborating with HR staff across Canada.
