Maintain and administer UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready HRIS, manage onboarding, time & attendance, benefits enrollment, I-9/E-Verify processing, run reports and provide HR administrative support to Recruiting, Payroll, and Accounting.

Develop and maintain CPM project schedules for large, multi-phased construction projects. Create resource-loaded schedules, define logic and durations, assess schedule impacts of contract changes, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, prepare updates per contract, and provide scheduling guidance to resolve project timing issues.

Develop and customize RFP/RFQ proposals and presentation materials; assist with creative and technical writing; create graphics, charts, project profiles, and staff resumes; prepare award submissions; maintain proposal database/library and produce reports; collaborate with marketing and project teams to support overall marketing strategy.

Lead and manage construction projects and teams, oversee budgeting, staffing, scheduling, subcontracting, and contract compliance. Drive business development, ensure safety and quality programs, approve budgets/subcontracts/change orders, monitor billing and profitability, and implement office strategy and procedures.

Support Project Manager in budgeting, subcontractor selection, contract changes, submittals, CPM scheduling, cost monitoring, project documentation, safety participation, and close-out activities.

Support construction projects by coordinating procurement, producing schedules, reviewing shop drawings, tracking RFIs and change orders, maintaining close-out documents, assisting field supervision, and performing quantity take-offs and subcontractor coordination.

Support project financial controls by processing subcontractor invoices and pay applications, managing change order pricing/approval and budget adjustments, writing subcontractor change orders, and reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

Manage construction contracts and projects, supervise project staff, produce schedules and cost reports, coordinate subcontractors, procurement, QA/QC and safety, negotiate change orders, and ensure compliance with MBE/WBE and EEO requirements.
