Provide internal audit and audit-response support to the Department of Justice, including audit liaison duties, internal control testing, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, evidence/package preparation, and preparation of reports and executive briefings. Apply federal audit standards and coordinate across financial, accounting, budget, and program offices to drive remediation, audit readiness, and process improvement.

Manage the Task Management Tool (TMT) intake, routing, tracking, and closure; ensure task and correspondence compliance with Air Force standards; prepare executive briefings and weekly summaries; maintain records and SharePoint content; train records custodians and coordinate suspense and accountability to meet deadlines.

Provide executive-level secretariat and administrative support to senior Air Force leadership at the Pentagon: manage calendars, correspondence, tasking (TMT), records, meetings, travel (DTS), SharePoint pages, and prepare briefs, status reports, and staffing actions while ensuring protocol, discretion, and timely execution.

Support CDC acquisition across pre-award through post-award phases: prepare solicitations, coordinate market research, manage vendor communications, assist evaluations and awards, maintain compliant digital contract files, and provide contract administration support and procurement reporting.

Provide federal acquisition support including acquisition strategy planning, developing PWS/SOW, drafting RFPs and award documents, source selection support, pre-award and post-award contract administration, price and cost analysis, contract closeout, and mentoring junior staff.

Provide congressional affairs and legislative analysis support to Space Force senior leadership: prepare briefings, draft correspondence, track taskers in enterprise task management systems, analyze defense legislation, coordinate stakeholders, and advise on congressional engagement and reporting.

Support federal clients by analyzing data, building dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI, performing cost and strategic modeling, aiding POM and ICE processes, improving business processes, managing records and compliance, and producing training and program analytics.
