Serve as primary customer contact for EV battery customers, managing replacement orders, coordinating outbound/return transport, invoicing, KPI reporting, tracking deliveries/collections, troubleshooting service issues, and collaborating with logistics, operations, finance, and transport teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

Supervise and support the Stores/warehouse team, assist the Stores Cell Leader and Logistics Manager with daily warehouse management, ensure stock control, train and develop staff, deputise as Cell Leader, and resolve operational issues to meet deadlines.
