Lead design and optimization of micro-scale IMU sensing elements using multiphysics simulation. Model mechanical, thermal, structural, acoustic, and electrostatic behaviors; produce fabrication-ready layouts; collaborate with materials, process, FPGA, and software teams to translate physics into manufacturable, high-stability sensor architectures and validate performance.

Provide frontline IT support for corporate hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Diagnose and restore devices, set up computers across Windows, macOS, and Linux, configure office and network equipment, manage user accounts and permissions, support engineering applications, handle repairs and procurement, monitor systems, and create user guides to ensure reliable office IT operations.

Support the HR team in the Netherlands with daily operational tasks: probation reviews, first-level employee inquiries, contract preparation, org chart updates, coordination of 360° performance reviews, and participation in HR projects and initiatives.

Support planning, execution, and continuous improvement of solid rocket motor and igniter test campaigns. Assist live firings, enforce safety, validate instrumentation and data acquisition, perform test setup and inspections, investigate anomalies, produce test documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop test infrastructure and ensure safe, repeatable propulsion testing.

Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of solid rocket motor and igniter test campaigns. Author test plans and procedures, run test readiness reviews, act as test conductor during firings, enforce safety and compliance, manage instrumentation and DAQ, investigate anomalies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve test infrastructure and ensure safe, repeatable energetic system testing.

Lead global IT strategy and operations, overseeing infrastructure, cloud, networks, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and IT service management. Build multi-site IT teams, govern disaster recovery and compliance, manage vendors and budgets, and partner with business and engineering to enable secure, scalable operations.

Ensure aerospace UAV quality and compliance across hardware and software by implementing QA processes, performing audits and reviews, supporting certification and environmental testing (DO-160G), interfacing with suppliers and authorities, and contributing to QMS alignment with aerospace standards.
