Lead industrialization engineering for aerospace production and test lines, focusing on automation, robotics, PLC systems, digitalization, and MES connectivity. Identify bottlenecks and manual processes, integrate automated equipment, industrialize new products, maintain routing and MBOM documentation, and use production data to improve throughput, quality, and labor efficiency. Mentor engineers and coordinate with software, controls, electrical, production, quality, supply chain, and validation teams.

Create and manage technical publications per S1000D, including operator and maintenance manuals, IETMs, and illustrated parts catalogues. Maintain documentation lifecycle, change control, CSDB/XML authoring environments, and ensure alignment with engineering, configuration management, and ILS. Support audits, customer reviews, proposals, and supplier documentation validation.

Design, implement, and test state estimation and sensor-fusion algorithms for UAV navigation; deploy and validate them on embedded/real-time hardware using large flight datasets and CI/testing frameworks.

Owns end-to-end order-to-cash, IFRS 15 revenue recognition, contract interpretation, internal controls, audits, invoicing, and month-end close.
