Support weekly, multistate payroll processing and related employee paperwork. Audit HRIS entries and timekeeping, reconcile leave accruals and holidays, coordinate time submission, assist garnishments and bank setup, and generate required payroll reports (including Certified Payroll and IRA). Work with field administration and manage high-volume data entry across three companies.

Support finance team with invoice coding and processing, cash application, expense report review, journal entries, month-end close, reconciling intercompany and project accounting, and resolving payment discrepancies.
