Lead elicitation, analysis, documentation, and change control of system and technical requirements for Navy IT, cybersecurity, and engineering solutions. Maintain requirements traceability, support ICDs and design artifacts, collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams, and participate in verification, validation, audits, and contract deliverables to meet DoD standards.

Design, analyze, and implement LAN/WAN and data communications networks for military C6ISR systems. Perform network modeling, capacity planning, topology and architecture development, hardware/software selection, network test and evaluation, performance analysis, upgrades, and implementation of network security and information assurance measures.

Lead systems analysis, management, integration, and improvement for complex applications and military C6ISR systems. Perform feasibility studies, requirements analyses, system design and implementation, and recommend commercially available software and system solutions.

Provides advanced modeling and simulation, systems analysis, and test and evaluation support for weapon systems. Develops and validates high-fidelity simulations, analyzes flight-test and engineering data, conducts statistical experiments, supports VV&A activities, and assesses system performance, survivability, lethality, and weapon effects. Prepares technical reports and recommendations while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering and program teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Support secure and accredited DoD information systems for the AEWTTR program at China Lake. Responsibilities include cybersecurity, RMF and system accreditation activities, vulnerability assessment and remediation, STIG compliance, technical documentation, cybersecurity artifacts, stakeholder communication, and problem resolution. The role requires independent work onsite, coordination with government and contractor personnel, and adaptation to changing mission priorities.

Develops and executes hardware and software test procedures for avionics, communications, navigation, weapon, and mission systems. Performs system integration, compliance testing, and performance analysis using specialized test equipment and simulators. Investigates defects, determines root causes, implements corrective actions, and supports aircrew trainers, flight testing, cockpit upgrades, and technical qualification activities for military aviation programs.

Develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable software for DoD programs. Write clean C# code, participate in Agile ceremonies, debug and resolve defects, support unit and integration testing, assist with version control, build pipelines, deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features and enhancements.
