Administer, secure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure for DoD Live Virtual Constructive environments. Monitor and configure network devices, troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, maintain documentation, implement network changes, and support compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and standards. Requires eligibility for U.S. security clearance.

Manage IT and engineering procurement activities including requisitions, purchase orders, vendor coordination, acquisition planning, compliance with DoD/Navy/FAR, tracking deliveries, maintaining procurement documentation, lifecycle support, cost analysis and budgeting support, and assisting with audits and compliance reviews to ensure timely delivery of mission-critical equipment and services.

Design, integrate, operate, and sustain LAN/WAN, fiber, and telecommunications systems for NSWC Corona programs. Troubleshoot lab and field networks, support secure communications, implement cybersecurity compliance (STIGs/RMF), develop documentation and network diagrams, and support on-site integration and test events.

Design, implement, and harden secure enterprise IT and network architectures for Live Virtual Constructive environments. Lead vulnerability analysis, threat modeling, RMF/STIG-based controls, and ATO support. Provide technical leadership, remediation planning, and mentor junior engineers to ensure DoD cybersecurity compliance.

Develop and execute system/subsystem test requirements and hands-on integration for avionics navigation and communications (GPS, SATCOM, HF, MIL-STD-1553). Use specialized test equipment, analyze performance and timing metrics, investigate defects, support flight testing and aircrew trainers, and participate in qualification and technical review activities.

Administer, maintain, and secure enterprise server and IT systems across global LVC environments; ensure RMF/STIG and DoD cybersecurity compliance; optimize performance/high-availability; resolve complex issues; provide technical leadership and mentor junior administrators.

Manage execution of IT, cybersecurity, and engineering projects to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives. Support planning, track performance, risks, and issues; prepare reporting and documentation; coordinate technical teams and stakeholders; ensure program compliance and reporting. Provide leadership and manage multiple priorities in complex environments.

Support cybersecurity engineering for Navy LVC environments: system hardening, secure configurations, patching, vulnerability scanning/remediation, RMF documentation, and assist senior engineers with secure integrations and compliance.

Support lifecycle management of IT/network/system assets: track inventory, maintain CMDB records, assist procurement/deployment/maintenance/decommissioning, coordinate refreshes, track warranties/licenses, support audits and compliance with DoD/Navy policies.
