Support integration, certification, and evaluation of airborne surveillance systems (ADS‑B, Mode S, TCAS/ACAS). Perform systems engineering tasks: requirements analysis and traceability, design/interface evaluation, V&V, lab/ground/flight test support, airworthiness and certification documentation, risk/hazard analysis, and IPT coordination. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and coordinate with program offices, test, integration, and software teams.

Provide reliability engineering support by administering FRACAS, reviewing and resolving failure reports, leading RCA investigations, driving and verifying corrective actions, performing statistical/trend analysis, and maintaining reliability and contractual documentation to support program continuous improvement.

Manage and maintain complex system requirements using IBM DOORS. Capture, analyze, decompose, and trace requirements to design, verification, and test. Support change management, configuration control, reviews, V&V, and integration with lifecycle tools (Cameo, ENOVIA). Produce ICDs, matrices, specs, and reports while guiding stakeholders on requirements best practices.

Support TARIF program operations with project tracking, financial oversight, reporting, and process improvement. Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation; coordinate stakeholders; assist budget forecasting and risk mitigation; use MS Project, Jira, Excel, and Power BI for program management and briefings.

Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows servers and Windows 11 desktops, LAN/WAN, printers, and network security for ~75 users and 125 devices. Perform ACAS/SCAP vulnerability scans and patch remediation, harden systems, schedule backups, build lab/test environments, and prepare documentation for eMASS ATO submissions. Provide onsite system administration and support.

Lead administration and sustainment of Windows and UNIX/Linux systems in a secure DoD environment. Manage RMF/ATO efforts, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation (ACAS), patching, configuration management, CCB/change control, and enterprise infrastructure. Prepare RMF accreditation packages, support audits and continuous monitoring, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with IA personnel and government stakeholders.

Serve as single point of authority for contract execution: provide strategic leadership and executive oversight, ensure contract and financial performance, direct multi-site cross-functional teams, interface with senior government leadership, deliver high-level program briefings, and maintain customer satisfaction.
