Manage logistical aspects of product life cycles including provisioning and sample coordination, minimize obsolescence, implement ILS/technical documentation/RAM/provisioning, perform life-cycle cost and component studies, plan maintenance and repair analysis, recommend test equipment, and apply government logistics policies and technology improvements.

Design, develop, and integrate complex electrical/electronic systems for DoD projects including radar, signal processing, electronic warfare, antenna and electromagnetic analysis. Perform hardware design, testing, measurements, and produce engineering documentation.

Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for military electronic platforms using CAD. Select materials and manufacturing processes, create engineering drawings, develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with electrical and software teams. Ensure secure-environment design (TEMPEST, cable management), participate in design reviews, and support continuous improvement and documentation.

Provide 24/7 Tier 2 help desk and network administration for MQ-9 communications and global network architectures. Troubleshoot and configure network devices, monitor performance, analyze logs, manage tickets, maintain documentation and support network testing, multicast, VPN/IPSec, and routing protocols in a shift work environment.

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure availability and reliability. Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS. Perform upgrades, patches, capacity planning, and follow change management. Liaise with vendors and IT staff for problem resolution and ongoing network performance monitoring.

Manage preparation, negotiation, administration, and closeout of government contracts. Ensure compliance with regulations, monitor contractor performance, prepare contract briefs, change notices, and maintain audit files.
