Provide software engineering, systems analysis, and cybersecurity support for US Navy above-water sensors and combat systems across development, test, production, and sustainment. Support software implementation/integration, engineering trade studies, technical documentation, and system certification activities.

Support P-8A mission and combat systems engineering: perform CONOPS analysis, requirements decomposition, roadmaps, ECP/TD implementation, troubleshooting, Agile support, create technical documentation, use cases, and software development plans to meet fleet expectations.

Serve as primary interface with stakeholders to meet contractual requirements and program objectives. Requires Secret clearance and onsite work in Washington, D.C.

Lead and oversee multiple defense system development programs, managing cost, schedule, performance, risks, and stakeholder communications. Maintain program plans, guide teams, implement best practices, support customer engagement, and travel occasionally for meetings and business opportunities.

Design, configure, secure, automate, and document Navy enterprise networks in shipboard and lab environments. Support SD-WAN, IPv6 migration, Zero Trust, and cross-domain solutions; implement NAC, next-gen firewalls, routing/switching, wireless, VoIP, and deployment automation; produce network artifacts and apply DoD STIGs; participate in testing, troubleshooting, and sustainment with cross-functional teams.

Provide advanced cybersecurity engineering and analytic support for US Navy Above Water Sensors and Lasers programs across the acquisition lifecycle. Develop and maintain cybersecurity architecture, RMF authorization packages, STIG execution, risk and vulnerability assessments, cyber test strategies in virtualized environments, and ensure compliance with DoD/DoN/NAVSEA policies.

Develop, design, test, document, and deploy software for Army network modernization programs, including OS-level, compiler, embedded, and network distribution software. Collaborate with analysts and teams to meet user requirements, troubleshoot defects, and implement improvements while meeting security and documentation standards.

Lead systems engineer embedded at HQ AFSOC to integrate, test, validate, and deliver A2E capabilities for strike and ISR assets across maritime, ground, air, and space domains. Provide hands-on engineering, strategic technical guidance, coordinate with program offices, support DDIL operations, and represent the program office onsite.

Design and execute system-level tests for DoD systems, develop requirements and test plans, implement and maintain automated test frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot software defects, and support system installation and verification.
