Perform traffic analysis and design including signal/electrical plans, intersection and roadway capacity analyses (HCS, Synchro, SimTraffic), lighting, ADA-compliant facilities, traffic control/signing/striping plans, and support highway/civil design and staffing augmentation for state and municipal clients.

Provide traffic signal design, signing and pavement marking design, and traffic analyses (HCS, Synchro, SimTraffic). Prepare traffic impact studies, engineering documents, design reports, and perform internal QC. Coordinate with multi-discipline teams, support regional offices, and mentor junior staff. Familiarity with FDOT and county design policies preferred.
