Lead roadway project pursuits and team-building in Mississippi; manage design production, coordinate multi-discipline teams, ensure contractual delivery, perform quality reviews, recruit and mentor staff, and maintain client communication for repeat business.

Prepare design plans, calculations, specifications, and permitting documents; manage scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, construction support, traffic control staging, utility and ROW coordination; support business development and client coordination.

Provide traffic signal design, signing and pavement marking design, and traffic analyses (HCS, Synchro, SimTraffic). Prepare traffic impact studies, engineering documents, design reports, and perform internal QC. Coordinate with multi-discipline teams, support regional offices, and mentor junior staff. Familiarity with FDOT and county design policies preferred.

Lead and manage civil engineering design projects and office operations: staff planning, mentorship, project delivery, proposals, client relations, and business development. Ensure design coordination across disciplines and maintain MassDOT-compliant production standards.

Designs and inspects electrical systems for transportation infrastructure, prepares contract plans and estimates, reviews and documents design options, and performs both office and field work supporting project managers.
