Serve as primary client contact for advisory and accounting engagements; review financials, oversee AR/AP, ensure compliance, manage projects and deadlines, coach and supervise staff, deliver client recommendations, and support business development.

Lead financial analysis and valuation engagements using advanced techniques (DCF, public comps, capitalization of earnings). Produce valuation reports, advise clients on transaction, ESOP, and estate valuations, mentor junior staff, perform client interviews and site visits, and support Quality of Earnings work to ensure engagement quality and client satisfaction.

Advise clients on tax implications and planning, conduct tax research and compliance, manage engagement workflow and billing, lead and mentor tax staff, provide technical tax advice, communicate with tax authorities, and support business development and client relationship management.
