Own day-to-day supply chain execution for an early-stage food and beverage startup. Coordinate procurement, purchase orders, manufacturing, freight, inventory, fulfillment, 3PL partners, and vendors. Build scalable workflows and SOPs, monitor replenishment and product availability, resolve operational issues, and improve efficiency using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
