Design and produce partner-facing creative: pitch decks, activation assets, signage, social and event materials. Ensure brand consistency, support concepting and co-branded campaigns, deliver high-quality work quickly, and occasionally support race weekend activations.

Develop and improve CFD methodologies, validate numerical methods and turbulence models, and build robust automated workflows to support aerodynamic performance. Collaborate with aerodynamicists, software and process engineers, communicate results to stakeholders, and support technical growth within the CFD group.

Lead commercial and sponsorship analytics by building dashboards, valuation models, and performance reports. Analyze CRM, media, ticketing, and digital data to deliver ROI insights, inform sponsorship negotiations, benchmark competitors, automate reporting, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Develop, test, and maintain full‑stack custom software tools for the Aerodynamics department. Gather requirements from engineers, deliver features from concept to deployment, support databases, backend services, APIs and UIs, drive optimisation and reliability, and apply software engineering best practices including testing, version control and documentation.
