Lead the team website and global email programs: build and optimise web experiences, landing pages and segmented email campaigns, monitor analytics/SEO, run tests and automations, report insights, and align digital activity with race and sponsorship marketing.

Lead global digital marketing strategy and a multidisciplinary team to create engaging digital content, drive fan acquisition and commercial growth, optimize campaigns across social, SEO/SEM, email and paid media, analyze performance metrics, and integrate digital initiatives with commercial and PR objectives while staying ahead of industry trends.

Own and improve finance systems and core processes, strengthen internal controls, drive automation and digitalisation, partner with Finance and cross-functional teams, document processes, and support training and change management to scale operations.

Provide cost insight and modeling for components, assemblies, tooling and programmes. Support early-phase cost estimation, influence design-for-cost, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and maintain cost models to improve predictability and efficiency under Cost Cap constraints.

Manage journal and banking entries, perform reconciliations, support month-end close, track fixed assets, prepare financial reports and analyses, assist audits, and contribute budgeting/forecasting and process improvement initiatives.

Lead creation of bespoke partnership propositions and go-to-market strategies that combine data insights and creative storytelling to drive measurable partner outcomes. Develop sponsorship activations, integrated campaigns and fan experiences, working cross-functionally with commercial, creative, racing and senior leadership to elevate Cadillac F1's brand and partner value globally.

Support the Head of Brand Experience to plan and execute trackside hospitality, off-track events, and internal experiences. Manage vendor relationships, budgets, logistics, and guest journeys to drive partner relationships, commercial growth, brand perception, and employee engagement across year-round programs.

Own UK month-end accounting, lead consolidation of UK and US entities, prepare shareholder and statutory reporting, manage year-end audit, improve finance processes, advise on accounting standards, and line manage the financial accounting team.
