Develop, edit, and maintain safety-focused documentation (manuals, policies, procedures, toolbox talks). Ensure accuracy and OSHA/HSE compliance, collaborate with subject-matter experts, manage multiple projects, and deliver clear, formatted, error-free safety communications on schedule.

Serve as primary client contact to onboard, train, and support customers. Build relationships, monitor customer health, resolve issues with product and technical teams, drive retention and expansion, and report on NPS, churn, and satisfaction trends.

Identify and qualify potential B2B leads via research, cold calling, and outreach; run targeted lead-generation campaigns with marketing; track and analyze campaign performance; report insights; collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversion.

Provide first-line support for a SaaS product via email, chat, and phone: troubleshoot issues, document interactions, escalate complex problems, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve customer experience and support resources.
