Manage end-to-end finance operations for Australian businesses, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, general ledger maintenance, month-end close, management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, compliance support, and process improvements. The role also contributes to finance automation and AI-assisted workflow projects using cloud accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB, and NetSuite.

Prepare Australian financial statements, tax returns, activity statements, reconciliations, depreciation schedules, and supporting workpapers for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals. Manage engagements from information gathering through review-ready completion, identify tax and accounting issues, support tax planning, communicate with Australian teams and clients, and review junior accountants’ work. Contribute to training, automation, workflow improvements, and process efficiency.

Prepare Australian individual and business tax returns, financial statements, management accounts, reconciliations, workpapers, and client reports. Monitor ATO compliance deadlines, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and support tax planning. Contribute to automation, technology, and process improvement initiatives using Xero, MYOB, Excel, and cloud-based platforms. Manage multiple client deadlines while maintaining high technical and communication standards.
