Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects across two manufacturing sites. Build business cases, manage schedules/resources/documentation, coordinate procurement and field reporting, support installation/commissioning, troubleshoot equipment, track materials/inventory, handle change orders and safety documentation, and support project closeout.

Lead calibration and process control activities at the Glasgow plant: develop and maintain calibration systems to ISO/IATF standards, calibrate instruments, analyze data, specify and qualify instrumentation, troubleshoot PLC/SCADA systems, support automation, document activities, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement projects across site teams.
