Provides commercial customer support across the full sales and order lifecycle, including lead generation, account management, forecasting, tenders, quotations, order processing, CRM and ERP administration, shipment coordination, and service improvement. Analyzes customer feedback, supports sales and demand planning, identifies business opportunities, collaborates with technical teams, and contributes to cross-functional projects. The role also mentors colleagues and ensures continuous Customer Experience coverage while meeting regulatory, safety, and ISO requirements.

Monitor and analyze plant process performance, identify root causes, and implement process improvements and automation to increase yield, quality, and efficiency. Lead small-to-medium capital projects, track trends/costs, and collaborate with production and business teams to support continuous improvement.
