Performs accounting activities for utility operations, including journal entries, month-end close, trend analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, process improvements, and audit preparation. Maintains GAAP and regulatory compliance, prepares audit schedules, resolves accounting issues, and collaborates with State Operations and FP&A teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least three years of accounting experience, and Excel proficiency.

Establishes standards for scalability, performance, compliance, and operational resilience while guiding technology roadmaps and innovation. SAP experience and utilities-sector experience are preferred.

Leads enterprise technology strategy, architecture, governance, and operations across ERP, SaaS, cloud, custom applications, integrations, APIs, and platform support. Manages technical teams, software delivery lifecycle governance, security coordination, vendor relationships, modernization, resilience, compliance, and technology roadmaps. Partners with IT leadership and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, supportable solutions aligned with organizational priorities and utility-sector requirements.

Plan, implement, and support organizational change initiatives by developing change strategies, conducting impact and readiness assessments, creating communications and training, coaching leaders, tracking adoption metrics, and partnering with PMO/IT and business leads to integrate change into project plans and resolve system issues.

Lead adoption and sustainment of process improvements by embedding Management of Change practices into CI, Kaizen, and project work. Assess impacts, define ownership, create standard work and training materials, monitor early execution, identify risks and breakdowns, and facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure durable process changes.

Lead organizational change for technology and process initiatives, manage end-to-end project activities (scope, schedule, risks), coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, develop change strategies, communications, training and adoption metrics, support ERP/CIS/HRIS/CRM transformations, and mentor other change practitioners.

Support adoption and sustainment of process improvements by embedding MOC practices, assessing change impacts, defining readiness and sustainment plans, creating standard work and training materials, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and monitoring execution to ensure durable operational improvements.

Lead organizational change for process and technology initiatives, manage end-to-end project activities for ERP/CIS/HRIS/CRM implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, develop change strategies, communications, training, cutover plans, and measure adoption and change metrics to ensure sustained behavior change.

Plan and execute people-focused change initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and structures. Perform impact/readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, risk mitigation, communications, training, and leader coaching. Partner with PMO, IT, and business teams on UAT, cutover planning, Jira ticketing, and project reporting to track adoption and outcomes.
