Lead end-to-end SysAid ITSM and ESM implementations for bilingual SMB clients. Responsibilities include project planning, requirements workshops, solution configuration, integrations, AI agent setup, prompt refinement, knowledge-source configuration, testing, training, go-live support, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. The role requires fluent English and Spanish communication, ITSM platform knowledge, workflow automation experience, and the ability to explain AI concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Own revenue strategy and operations for a global SaaS sales organization, including forecasting, capacity planning, quota and territory design, pipeline management, revenue intelligence, and data quality. Build and maintain AI-powered workflows using Claude, MCP, Salesforce, SQL, and revenue tools. Establish agent guardrails and evaluations, improve sales productivity, surface risks, and enable the sales organization through playbooks and training.

Own SysAid’s global, AI-first sales enablement strategy, including seller readiness, onboarding, coaching, product launch enablement, messaging, content, performance measurement, and enablement technology architecture. Build AI-powered workflows using Claude, MCP-connected systems, CRM, call intelligence, and revenue data. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to improve ramp time, productivity, win rates, sales cycles, content adoption, and seller effectiveness across global regions.

Produces polished, on-brand static and motion assets across advertising, social media, events, presentations, product marketing, and other channels. Works within Figma design systems and brand guidelines, collaborates with marketing teams, prioritizes competing requests, uses AI tools throughout production, maintains organized design files, and identifies brand inconsistencies. This fixed-term role covers maternity leave and requires fast ramp-up, strong attention to detail, and consistent delivery under pressure.

Own technical pre-sales activities, including customer presentations, product demonstrations, technical consultations, demo and proof-of-concept environments, and POC execution. Support sales teams by addressing technical objections, preparing proposals, and explaining integrations. Collaborate with product and engineering, provide market and competitive insights, support technical training, and represent SysAid at industry events. Travel up to 25% is required.

Lead Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for the Americas by building an AI-enabled post-sales growth engine. Reduce churn, drive expansion, accelerate adoption (including Spaces and agentic AI), deploy AI agents for health scoring and automation, redesign roles for AI-first operations, and hire and develop an AI-native Customer Success organization focused on measurable time-to-value and scalable retention.
