Lead and develop a product engineering team to transfer radar products from R&D to high-volume manufacturing, support production and subcontractors, drive root cause analysis and CAPA, manage ECO/ECN and documentation, and lead continuous improvement for quality, reliability, yield, and cost reduction.

Lead system architecture and requirements for interceptor and tactical UAS programs. Manage SWaP-C budgets, define interface control documents, lead SRR/PDR/CDR, develop V&V strategies, plan HIL and flight test campaigns, and manage tier‑1 vendor technical SOWs.

Design and develop mechanical and thermal management solutions for military radar systems, from concept through mass production. Perform CAD and simulation, build test fixtures and PoC setups, conduct lab testing, support existing products and ECOs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on mechanical, thermal, and enclosure designs.

Manage receiving, storing, inventory control and issue of materials in a manufacturing warehouse. Operate forklift, maintain computerized inventory/WMS and use ERP systems to track stock and support production. Work day shift with possible overtime and rotating Fridays; company transport available from nearby towns.

Provide manufacturing engineering support for electronic assemblies: troubleshoot digital, RF and power boards; lead failure analysis, cost reduction, and yield improvements; plan experiments; support NPI and transfer to serial production; manage SMT subcontractor processes; review DFM/DFA; perform lab validation (Dye & Pry, metallography, strain gauge); present technical reports and support configuration management.

Assemble, integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot manual and automated hardware/software test systems for radar products. Perform RF calibration and support factory test infrastructure (anechoic chambers, ESS equipment). Support engineering projects, implement new test systems, and resolve electronic circuit issues through root cause analysis.

Serve as a strategic HR partner advising leadership and employees, lead workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, employee relations, performance management, change initiatives, and HR analytics to improve organizational effectiveness.

Develop AI models and algorithms for new products, analyze data, collaborate with engineers, and keep updated with AI trends.
