Lead hotel financial operations including monthly financial statements, cash flow, payroll, budgeting, variance analysis, internal controls, regulatory compliance, audits, and staff supervision. Provide administrative support for Sales and Catering teams, manage Banquet Event Orders and RFPs, coordinate BEO meetings and event details, maintain Delphi system requirements, prepare sales reports, handle client communications and follow-ups, manage office supplies and sales collateral, and assist with contracts, billing, and event logistics.

Sell and book guestrooms, catering and banquet services to meet revenue targets. Prospect, negotiate contracts and rates, conduct site tours, prepare proposals, and build client relationships for corporate, association, and social group market segments.
