Own end-to-end D2C growth and category for the Sri Mandir store: assortment planning (vertical depth and horizontal expansion), pricing and promotions, festive calendar planning, and demand generation (performance marketing, on-site conversion, CRM) to grow revenue, AOV, repeat purchases and maintain margins.

Manage day-to-day last-mile logistics and fulfillment: track order status, maintain pan-India inventory visibility, ensure D+1 dispatch compliance, monitor COD risk, support volume planning, prepare operations reports/dashboards, and coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve fulfillment issues.
