The CNC Swiss Programmer is responsible for developing programs, setting up CNC Swiss lathes, interpreting technical drawings, performing quality assurance, troubleshooting, and training new employees while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Lead a team of project engineers in product development, manage customer interactions, ensure ISO compliance, support manufacturing, and maintain project schedules.
