Build and own end-to-end demand and supply planning for a multi-brand cannabis grow and CPG operation. Design forecasting methodology, run S&OP cadence, create production schedules, communicate material requirements, model new SKU launches, build planning tools and dashboards, document processes, and coordinate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, cultivation, and production to ensure on-time, on-volume fulfillment.
