Support clients in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting HR/HCM systems during benefit implementation phases. Provide project management, client account management, and subject-matter expertise in HRIS, payroll, and benefits to ensure accurate system setups and successful deployments.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for the company and division partners: source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring managers, manage ATS pipelines, maintain candidate experience, support hiring managers, and represent the company at recruiting events while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HR policies.
