Manage a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects by developing and executing individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies; prepare proposals and stewardship reports; partner with leadership and program staff; represent the organization at donor and community events; maintain accurate donor records and meet fundraising goals.

Manage day-to-day grants accounting, supervise grant billing and analyst staff, ensure compliance with GAAP and Uniform Grants Guidance, prepare grant billings and financial reports, coordinate single audit and external auditor liaison, train staff and subrecipients, monitor spending and subrecipient compliance, prepare complex audit and revenue recognition schedules (ASC 606), and support pre/post-award fiscal management and budget amendments.
