Provide front-desk customer service and administrative support for the Weatherization Assistance Program. Duties include client intake, scheduling, data entry in Excel and databases, invoice and contractor file processing, recordkeeping, and coordinating communications among clients, contractors, and staff to ensure timely, compliant service delivery.
