The OSP Contract Administrator ensures client contracts are accurately administered, liaises with contractors and clients, and supports the engineering team with various administrative tasks.

Lead and manage a portfolio of competitive-carrier clients (CLECs, MVNOs, aggregators), provide expert regulatory guidance on FCC and state compliance, grow accounts and business development, supervise and mentor junior staff, and represent the firm at industry events while ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.

Provide strategic regulatory analysis, oversee project delivery, represent the firm at industry events, and ensure high-quality, billable consulting services.

Own and support client-facing LMS and platform enablement; transform content into engaging learning experiences; provide technical platform support, documentation, process improvements, and client enablement materials while collaborating across teams.
