The Human Resources Business Partner supports designated business units through workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, safety, engagement, training, and HR process improvement. The role partners with leaders, provides coaching and strategic HR insights, manages investigations and accommodations, supports workers’ compensation and OSHA compliance, and helps optimize HRIS processes. Travel between sites and support for a 24/7 operation may be required.

Outside sales role focused on acquiring new commercial and industrial accounts, growing lubricant, fuel, and reliability services sales through consultative technical selling. Develops territory strategy, generates leads, manages pipeline and CRM, conducts presentations, closes deals, maintains existing accounts, performs business reviews, and collaborates with internal teams and manufacturers. Frequent travel required.
