Design and execute brand and campaign assets across channels, build and maintain template libraries (Canva) and design systems for a franchise network, create retail/apparel and franchise development creative, organize shared files, and support cross-functional teams to ensure consistent on-brand execution.

Provide temporary, on-site operational leadership across franchise studios: diagnose performance, coach General Managers and instructors, implement improvement plans to increase revenue, membership, utilization and retention, ensure operational and brand standards, teach classes as needed, produce post-visit performance reports and 30-day action plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Heavy travel (~85%) and based in Miami or Dallas with on-site work at the Regional Training & Support Center between trips.
