Provide tax and related accounting services to clients, review and sign tax returns, develop and mentor tax staff, recruit and train personnel, maintain technical competence, and grow firm business through client development and relationships.

Perform audit and review procedures under supervision, evaluate client internal controls and risks, execute analytical procedures and substantive tests, document findings, and assist in drafting financial statements and client deliverables while learning firm audit methodology.

Lead and perform audit and review engagements including risk assessment, testing controls and substantive procedures, drafting financial statements, supervising staff, and maintaining client relationships through all engagement phases.

Lead State and Local Tax (SALT) engagements including technical review and approval of income, sales, franchise, and gross receipts tax returns; manage governmental tax examinations; develop business for SALT services; supervise, recruit, train, and evaluate accounting staff; ensure billing, quality control, and firm practice development.

Perform monthly/quarterly accounting, prepare financial statements, reconciling bank and general ledger accounts, manage AP/AR, payroll accounting and tax filings, and handle trust, probate, and income tax work.
