Lead and supervise on-site electrical testing, energisation, and system validation for a large-scale data centre. Coordinate daily testing, manage Test Engineers, ensure safety and quality, review test documentation, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with commissioning teams, APs, contractors, and clients to deliver energisation and integrated systems testing.

Develop scalable processes, resolve capacity conflicts, and provide strategic workforce intelligence to support hiring and project delivery.
