Coordinates onboarding, HR compliance, credential and health documentation, training completion, audits, employee records, and HR support for employees and contractors. Provides guidance on policies, maintains HRIS data and process documentation, manages projects, resolves inquiries, safeguards confidential information, and collaborates with Compliance, Payroll, IT, Learning and Development, and operational leaders to improve HR processes and meet regulatory requirements.

Develops and maintains relationships with physician practices and healthcare providers to support patient referrals. Responsibilities include prospecting, outreach strategy, medical-office training, follow-up, paperwork coordination, communicating patient needs, and supporting program approvals. This field-based role requires strong relationship-building, presentation, organization, independence, and local and regional travel.
