Lead preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for downstream operations. Manage consolidation, close processes, variance analysis, SOX compliance, external audits, and implementation of new accounting pronouncements. Design, administer, and improve total rewards programs including base pay, STI, LTI, and deferred compensation. Lead market benchmarking, manage annual pay cycle, build job architecture, support offers and executive benchmarking, ensure regulatory compliance, deliver training, partner with HR/Finance/Legal, and serve as HRIS and external vendor liaison for compensation matters.

Monitor market and operational risk across natural gas, LNG, and related markets. Perform sensitivity, scenario, and stress analyses; track exposures and limits; support hedging evaluation; maintain risk registers and reports; validate data and reconciliations; collaborate with Trading, Middle Office, Project Controls, Finance, and IT to identify and mitigate risks.
