Drive provider outreach and community engagement across New Mexico to expand therapy service referrals. Schedule and complete in-person visits, track interactions, attend weekly planning meetings, represent the organization at events, maintain online/social media presence, and build long-term relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.

The BCBA Content Creator will develop engaging social media content to educate families about ABA therapy, collaborating with the marketing team and attending clinic locations for authentic representation.

Conduct statewide provider outreach and relationship-building with physicians, schools, therapists, and community organizations. Schedule and perform in-person visits (~8/day Mon-Thu), track interactions, attend weekly coordination meetings, represent the company at community events, identify new provider opportunities, and promote services via social media.
