Extracts, transforms, and loads data from diverse sources; develops Power BI dashboards and reports; maintains data governance, quality, lineage, metadata, security, and retention practices; documents ETL processes, APIs, and reporting solutions; trains stakeholders; troubleshoots data pipelines; and identifies opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Oversee organizational billing operations and contract compliance, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, adherence to financial requirements, strong internal controls, and effective policies. Manage and develop a four-person billing team, monitor compliance risks, collaborate with leadership and program staff, and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Provides clerical and administrative support to the Employment Services team, Project Director, Case Managers, and program faculty. Responsibilities include front-desk coverage, scheduling, correspondence, filing confidential records, data entry, participant documentation, Excel tracking, training logistics, supply processing, and compliance-related reporting. The role also supports students, department meetings, community-building activities, and coordination with agency and correctional officials.

Lead implementation of the AmityWorks RESTART DOL grant: manage planning through follow-up, meet performance targets, ensure compliance, oversee partners and subgrantees, supervise a Case Manager (caseload up to 70), manage budgets/reports, recruit employers, and ensure trauma-informed, participant-centered services for justice-involved young adults.
