Advises executives and site leaders on workforce planning, talent, employee and labor relations, performance, compensation, culture, compliance, and organizational design. Oversees HR at a growth location while supporting business-unit HR teams. Drives M&A integration, change management, standardized HR processes, leadership development, engagement, retention, and succession planning. Requires regular cross-border travel of up to 25%.

Lead and centralize enterprise compliance and risk management across U.S. and Canadian facilities. Oversee export/import controls, DDTC licensing, DFARS/FAR/CMMC adherence, internal audits, training, supplier risk, business continuity, cybersecurity readiness, and reporting to General Counsel and the Audit Committee.
