Leads complex, enterprise-wide and regulatory initiatives with executive visibility. Manages project scope, schedules, risks, resources, documentation, reporting, audits, and retrospectives. Facilitates Agile ceremonies, backlog planning, business process redesign, and stakeholder alignment across technical and operational teams. Partners with vendors and senior leaders, identifies systemic issues, drives continuous improvement, and mentors junior project staff.

Supports employee relations by responding to workplace concerns, conducting misconduct investigations, advising on policies and progressive discipline, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with California and federal employment laws. Partners with HR, clinical leadership, legal, risk management, and compliance on corrective actions, patient-care concerns, leave issues, and organizational risk. Also supports training, engagement initiatives, employee safety, workers’ compensation investigations, and confidential case tracking.
