Support and maintain PLC-controlled warehouse automation (storage, conveyor, sorter). Triage and diagnose control-system incidents across PLC logic, HMIs, sensors/actuators, drives/VFDs and networks. Restore service or apply workarounds, manage change/problem processes, coordinate onsite and remote teams, update tickets/documentation, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Provide software-focused operational support for automated warehouses: monitor KiSoft environments, triage and restore software incidents, coordinate on-site teams and escalations, maintain documentation and incident tickets, and produce internal reports to minimize downtime.

Lead and manage on-site and in-house control systems engineers for customer service, handle escalations for PLC/controls issues, plan and deliver technical training, coordinate cross-functional support, monitor team performance, and ensure consistent documentation and ticketing of troubleshooting and resolutions.

Manage multiple moderate-to-high complexity warehouse automation projects (sizing up to $60M), lead schedules, budgets, contracts, documentation, subcontractors, and cross-subsidiary integration. Ensure stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, change-order management, and drive project completion. Role requires travel and onsite coordination during execution.
