Lead on-site maintenance and customer-facing operations for automated storage and retrieval and picking systems. Manage budgets, SLAs, supplier interfaces, safety, PPM schedules, staffing, training, reporting, and escalation procedures to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.

Manage US & Canada digital content and channels: website updates, landing pages, paid/organic social, email workflows, video editing and Vimeo management, design assets, and performance tracking across GA4 and HubSpot.

Develops and governs US & Canadian messaging and written assets. Owns product descriptions, value propositions, blogs, white papers, social and event copy. Ensures technical accuracy, editorial standards, and messaging consistency while partnering with marketing, digital, BD, events and sales teams.
