Support delivery of KNAPP warehouse automation software solutions: create interface/specification/test documents, run factory/internal acceptance tests, coordinate with engineers and customers, manage change requests, and support project teams and new hires.

Manages software realization projects for warehouse automation solutions, from solution design through testing, commissioning, customer acceptance, and delivery. Coordinates customers, software consultants, developers, engineers, suppliers, and implementation teams. Responsibilities include reviewing specifications, preparing test plans and project documentation, resolving integration issues, tracking scope and timelines, supporting site implementation and training, reporting project status, and guiding stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage multiple moderate- to high-complexity warehouse automation projects from inception through completion. Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, contract and change-order management, procurement coordination, subcontractor oversight, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and team leadership. Projects may involve international subsidiaries, third-party equipment, installation, commissioning, software integration, and customer implementations. The role requires up to 50% travel, including quarterly international travel, and U.S. work authorization.

Provide software-focused operational support for KiSoft ONE & KiSoft SRC to maintain stable warehouse operations: monitor production environments, triage and resolve software incidents, coordinate on-site resources and escalations, communicate status and handovers, maintain support documentation and reports.

Lead and manage maintenance operations for customer automated systems, ensuring excellent service delivery, safety, and team development. Communicate effectively with clients and manage site budgets.

Provide software-focused operational support for KiSoft production environments: monitor systems, triage and resolve software incidents, coordinate on-site resources and escalations, maintain support documentation and tickets, and communicate system status and shift handovers to minimize downtime.

Perform software testing and commissioning for warehouse automation products: create and execute test cases, lead cross-product tests, document results and anomalies, develop and roll out automated tests, maintain simulations and test VMs, support deployments and customer training, and extend test coverage and internal tools.
