Provides help desk and onsite IT support across retail stores, foodservice locations, and the support office. Installs and troubleshoots hardware, software, networks, POS and e-commerce systems; manages Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, user access, and technology assets. Monitors security alerts, assists with incident remediation, maintains system data, supports upgrades and openings, documents processes, and participates in on-call and occasional travel requirements.
