Scale and maintain the School of Rock Method across company and franchise schools by coaching and onboarding Music Directors, creating and maintaining training and certification content, supporting national events and new school openings, resolving music help desk tickets, contributing to curriculum and method tool improvements, and providing onsite and remote program support.

Supervise daily swim school operations: manage instructors and lifeguards, support hiring, onboarding and training, schedule staff, ensure facility and pool safety and cleanliness, handle front desk and customer inquiries, drive local marketing and community relations, and enforce safety and brand standards.
